Which would be more fulfilling, to visit Ireland and work in Britain, or to visit Britain and work in Ireland?

I am planning a working holiday and am having difficulty deciding on the country to arrange my visa for.

1. If you arrange your visa it is mostly the case of take anything you can get, most people do not qualify for a working holiday visa in either country. But if you can get working holiday visa for both countries, England is rather hard hit by the financial crisis at the moment. And the unemployment rate was already higher. But both countries have a lot to offer for tourists, it does not really matter which one you work and which you only visit. You should also spend time as tourist in the country you work.
